Built by operators, not product managers.

CholaVerse exists because we ran a multi-channel UK e-commerce business and got tired of stitching 14 tools together. So we built the platform we wished existed.

The story

One founder. One frustration. One platform.

I run a UK wall panel business called PanelDeals. Shopify store. eBay account. Amazon listings. Etsy shop. WooCommerce on a wholesale site. Every tool you've ever heard of, I paid for.

Xero for accounting, plus A2X to stitch the Shopify payouts into it. BrightPay for payroll. Zendesk for support. Cin7 for stock. ShipStation for labels. Buffer for social. Mailchimp for email. Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads — all separate. Seven different dashboards just to see how the business was doing. Every month-end was a reconciliation marathon: which Shopify payout covers which eBay order, why does Amazon's fee CSV have three different formats, did the Katem Logistics invoice actually match the week's delivery costs?

The tooling bill was over £600 a month before I'd even paid for software that actually ran my business.

I went looking for an all-in-one platform. HubSpot was a CRM with bolts. Salesforce required a consultant. GoHighLevel was a marketing agency product in disguise. Zoho tried to do everything and did none of it well. None were built for UK VAT, UK payroll, or UK e-commerce specifically.

So I built CholaVerse.

It started as an internal tool to run PanelDeals properly. It now runs the entire business — CRM, accounting, payroll, customer service, marketing, stock, shipping costs — from one platform. One login. One database. Every piece of data connected to every other piece. When an order comes in, the AI agent books the courier invoice, matches it to the week's shipping costs, posts it to the accounts, and flags me if the variance is over 5%.

If it works for a multi-channel UK seller doing real revenue, it'll work for anyone else like us. That's who CholaVerse is for.

The name

Why "CholaVerse"?

The Chola Empire was one of history's great maritime trading empires — South Indian merchants who ran trade routes across the Indian Ocean to South-East Asia, China, and the Middle East for over four centuries.

They didn't specialise. They connected channels. They built the infrastructure that let many small traders reach customers anywhere. That's exactly what we're building — the infrastructure for modern multi-channel sellers.

Every new SaaS integration is a new point of failure. If your order data and your accounting data live in the same database, they can't disagree.
