FAQ

Common questions about Crew.

How is this different from ChatGPT or Claude?
ChatGPT and Claude are chat assistants for individuals. Crew is a multi-tenant business platform with role-based agents, scheduled work, per-customer memory, industry packs, and an org-chart UX. Crew uses Anthropic and OpenAI models underneath — but the workforce, the metaphor, and the industry depth are ours.
What if an AI agent does something stupid?
Every agent runs in narrow scope with narrow tools. Risky actions need your approval by default. Every action is logged. You can pause, coach, or replace any agent at any time. Hard constraints prevent the obvious failure modes — no spend changes above 20% without approval, no posting without sign-off, no claims unsupported by your materials.
Will my data leak to other customers?
No. Each customer's data, integrations, and memory are isolated. Cross-customer pattern memory is anonymised and aggregated — your specific decisions, customers, and performance never leave your account.
What if I already use CholaVerse Commerce?
Crew works standalone. If you also use Commerce, your Operations agents (arriving in Phase 2) can pull data from Commerce as their preferred source. If you don't, they'll integrate directly with Shopify. Either way works.
Can I customise the agents?
Yes. You can adjust each agent's autonomy level, scope, brief, and KPIs. You can leave coaching notes that persist across runs. Phase 2 adds the ability to rename your Crew and customise their roles further.
What integrations do you support?
At launch: Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Search Console. Adding Klaviyo, social schedulers, and email tools through Phase 1.5. Operations integrations (carriers, 3PLs, ERP, suppliers) ship with the Phase 2 Operations department.
What happens when AI models change?
Crew is model-agnostic by design. We route across Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and others based on cost, latency, and capability per task. When better models ship, your Crew gets better automatically. You don't pay extra and you don't switch tools.
Where does my data live?
UK and EU regions. Encrypted at rest. SOC 2 Type 2 in progress. Full audit log available.
