We're establishing our founding team and office in India. Five roles across commercial, marketing and engineering. We are looking for leaders who want to be early, want to build, and are not waiting for someone else to define the playbook.
CholaVerse is a vertical SaaS and AI consulting venture. Specifically, we deliver automated operations: the day-to-day work that runs a business, taken off the team's plate and handed to AI agents that do it reliably, at scale, and at a fraction of the cost.
Our thesis is simple and uncompromising: within the next few years, well-designed AI agents will run up to sixty percent of day-to-day operational work inside the companies we serve. Our job is to build the software that makes that possible, and the consulting practice that gets it adopted.
Most AI companies are racing to build general-purpose tools — chat interfaces, copilots, horizontal automation layers. We have deliberately taken the opposite path. We pick a small number of industries, learn them deeply, and build the full operational stack our customers need.
For the last two years we have been building our e-commerce platform — the first vertical we have gone deep on. It is now a real, shipping product running orders, inventory, shipping, marketing, customer service, accounting and payroll inside a single dashboard, with AI agents handling a meaningful share of the day-to-day work.
We are not building yet another AI tool. We are building the operating system for industries AI has not properly reached — and we want a team that finds that genuinely exciting.
The platform exists. The first vertical is in production. We are now building the India team and office that will run the business going forward.
You will help shape the product, the brand and the playbook — not inherit them. Senior hires will run their function locally.
You will work directly with the founder during planning cycles and his visits to India, with very short feedback loops in between.
You will use AI tooling at every layer of your job. We expect this from everyone, regardless of role or seniority.
You will be part of building the India team and office from the ground up, with a real hand in how it grows.

Own the commercial relationship with CholaVerse customers across Europe and the US — from late-stage sales through onboarding, expansion and renewal. Run a real consultative sales cycle, partner with engineering during onboarding, and grow accounts as we add modules and verticals.
